The leak protection lining can be installed in underground tanks or also in square tanks welded on the spot. When a tank is given a leak protection lining, it is double-walled in accordance with the storage regulation (VAwS), i.e. any leaks are promptly automatically displayed optically and acoustically by a leak warning device.
This is also according to the regulations after proper installation of the leak protection system has been inspected and certified by a recognised expert organisation.
TTD organises and accompanies the acceptance. Leak protection linings are made to fit the specific tank dimensions.
